The contact details to Kinga Markert were made accessible to all employees of an international IT company (confidential project). The hotline – the contact line to an external consultant, was opened for 1,5 months. This developed with Markert Mediacje solution is the company management board answer to the fact that a few anonymous employees in the satisfaction survey responded in the affirmative to statements about mobbing at work. Thanks to its confidentiality hotline enables the persons who for various reasons are not prepared to bring up a problem openly in the company report the issue. The purpose of this contact line is to find the optimal solution of the workplace problem.
