Kinga Markert

Founder of Markert Mediacje

As a mediator and trainer, I specialize in corporate and public conflicts, as well as facilitation of meetings.

I combine the experience of an outside consultant with inside knowledge of the realities and culture within a company. As someone with eight years experience as an internal trainer and project manager at the HR department of Polkomtel S.A. (“Plus”), I was responsible for creating and implementing tools for HR management (i.e. recruitment, development, motivation and employee assessment). I also managed a project dedicated to creating and maintaining a positive image of the company as being an attractive employer to work for.

I have vast experience in corporate training having created and conducted training programs on management skills, sales techniques, conflict resolutions, professional presentations, trainings for trainers and others. I also provide individual counseling and coaching to managers.

I have experience in helping parties to reach a satisfactory agreement in business, court and family disputes. As a certified court mediator I have dealt with civil and criminal cases involving adults and juvenile offenders.

I graduated in Psychology at Warsaw University and have trained with CDR Associates - a leading international collaborative decision-making and conflict management firm located in Boulder, Colorado, USA (http://www.mediate.org).

Anna Cybulko

I combine being a mediator, facilitator and trainer of social skills. I mediate and facilitate agreements in civil, family, commercial, and labor disputes. My expertise includes facilitating discussions and debates, also ones that for different reasons have complicated communication background. As a trainer, I conduct trainings and workshops in the area of conflict management and resolution, interpersonal communication, mediations and negotiations. Among major initiatives I helped develop and participated in, are the project aimed at implementing a restorative justice system for in-house disputes in the bank Pekao SA and efforts to popularize ADR methods within the scope of activity of the publishing house Wolters Kluwer Polska.

I am a member and Vice-President of the Family Mediators’ Association (Stowarzyszenie Mediatorów Rodzinnych). I collaboratea on permanent basis with the Center for Disputes and Conflicts Resolution at the Faculty of Law and Administration, of the University of Warsaw (Centrum Rozwiązywania Sporów i Konfliktów, WPiA, UW). I am also mediating in the Center of Mediation „Partners” Polska (Centrum Mediacji „Partners” Polska).

I graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration and from the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Warsaw. Currently I am finishing mz doctoral thesis focusing on the profession and personality of the mediator. I wrote several texts on effective communication and approaches to dispute resolution. I also translate books and other documents in this area. Lately I have translated into Polish the book by Christopher Moore: “The Mediation Process. Practical Strategies for Resolving the Conflict”.

Grażyna Borowska

I am a professional HR trainer and consultant. I specialize in training management and employee development.

I have been in training for several years now. Working for such companies as Pack Plast International, Oriflame Poland, Polkomtel S.A. (mobile phone operator “Plus”) has allowed me to gain the knowledge and experience essential for training management, coordination and set up, as well as conducting the actual training. I have managed Polkomtel’s training division for four years, being responsible for training strategy and employee development. I have implemented a system to assess training efficiency, employee proficiency and also created an e-learning training system. I am the author of the script for multimedia training in the area of assessment talks being a part of employee qualification assessment program at Polkomtel S.A.

I conduct training programs in the following areas: management, training management, communication, assertiveness, employee assessment, professional presentations, conducting meetings and trainings for trainers.

I provide individual consultations for training managers and coordinators.

In my trainings I apply a test method called “Insights Discovery”. I have experience in interpreting Individual Insights Reports and conducting training and consulting in the area of Insights theory.

I am a graduate of Warsaw University Psychology Department. In addition, I have completed several management courses and trainings.

Piotr Manowiecki

I deal with business and criminal mediations.

I completed political science education at Warsaw University and postgraduate negotiations and mediations studies at Warsaw School of Social Sciences and Humanities.

I cooperate with CzechTrade – the Czech governmental agency dealing with economic issues. I write press articles to the magazine “Polska-Czechy.eu” and together with the “Rzeczpospolita” daily I prepare supplements touching on Czech economy. What is more, I am a Czech-Polish translator.

I believe that mediation is the fastest, cheapest and the most durable way of solving disputes. I recommend them particularly to companies, for whom resolving a conflict in the fastest possible way with high degree of confidentiality is especially important.

I conduct mediation in Polish, Czech and English language.
