 Kinga Markert I am a mediator and trainer. I specialize in corporate and public conflicts, as well as facilitation of meetings.
I combine the experience of an outside consultant with the experience of reality and culture from within a company. For eight years I have worked as an internal trainer and project manager at the HR department of Polkomtel (mobile phone operator “Plus”). I was responsible for creating and implementing tools for HR management (i.e. recruitment, development, motivation and employee assessment). I was in charge of projects related to creating a positive image of the company as being an attractive employer.
I have broad experience in corporate training. I have created and conducted training programs on management skills, sales techniques, conflict resolutions, professional presentations, trainings for trainers and others.
I provide coaching and individual council to managers.
I have experience in helping parties to reach a satisfactory agreement in such disputes as court, family and corporate. I am a certified court mediator for Polish Mediation Center (civil cases; criminal cases involving adults and juvenile offenders).

I am a mediator and trainer, coordinator for mediation department at the Center for Mediation and Dialogue, established by “Patrimonium” law office in Warsaw.
I have essential experience in assisting parties in solving family, corporate and public conflicts, as well as civil and criminal disputes. I am a certified court mediator for Family Mediators Association and Polish Center for Mediations (civil cases) and certified for the President of the Circuit Court (criminal cases for adults and juvenile offenders).
I develop and conduct training programs to open and in-company groups on communication, conflict resolution, mediation and personal development. I provide coaching and individual consultations to managers on disputes.
I am a certified Council member of Training and Development Department of Family Mediator’s Association and a certified trainer for Family Mediator’s Association. I conduct an 80-hour training on family mediation and supervise trainee mediators.
I teach a course of family mediations to post-graduate students at Institute of Psychology, Department of Christian Philosophy of the Cardinal St. WyszyńskI University, as well as at the Warsaw School of Social Psychology and at the Warsaw University, Department of Law and Administration.
Also, based on my own program, I conduct open psycho educational workshops to those couples who consciously want to build long-lasting relations, to be able to resolve conflicts and mutually care for creative development.
I am the author of several articles on mediation and conflict resolution published in the following press materials: “Legal Education”, “Temidium”, “Mediator”, and “Analysis Library”. My articles appear on the bulletin at the Methodology Center for Psychological and Pedagogical Help and psychological magazine “Characters”.

I am a professional HR trainer and consultant. I specialize in training management and employee development.
I have been in training for several years now. Working for such companies as Pack Plast International, Oriflame Poland, Polkomtel S.A. (mobile phone operator “Plus”) has allowed me to gain the knowledge and experience essential for training management, coordination and set up, as well as conducting the actual training. I have managed Polkomtel’s training division for four years, being responsible for training strategy and employee development. I have implemented a system to assess training efficiency, employee proficiency and also created an e-learning training system. I am the author of the script for multimedia training in the area of assessment talks being a part of employee qualification assessment program at Polkomtel S.A.
I conduct training programs in the following areas: management, training management, communication, assertiveness, employee assessment, professional presentations, conducting meetings and trainings for trainers.
I provide individual consultations for training managers and coordinators.
In my trainings I apply a test method called “Insights Discovery”. I have experience in interpreting Individual Insights Reports and conducting training and consulting in the area of Insights theory.
