We have long experience, of over a dozen years, in training employees. Our experience comes from both, work at a company’s in-house HR unit as well as acting as external consultants and trainers. While constructing a development offer for employees we always start from defining the business goals of a given project. We determine the way in which the training or other development activities should support and realize the strategic goals of companies. Then, based on such a context, we initiate, support and monitor the training process. |
