Cycle of articles: “Work out a compromise. How to help the negotiating parties to reach agreement”

From July to September the Personel i Zarządzanie monthly publishes a cycle of Kinga Markert’s articles on mediation. The first two parts in the series: “Work out a compromise. How to help the negotiating parties to reach agreement” and “Reaching agreement. Role of mediation in labour law and collective disputes” present the possibilities of dispute resolution, general rules and benefits of mediation as well as the use of mediation in labour law and collective disputes. The third part, to be published in September, will describe a case of mediation in a collective dispute in a hospital in Warsaw.
