Building development paths for employees

We support companies in building the so-called “career paths” for respective groups of positions. This entails comprehensive planning of activities aimed at development of employees working at various positions. We usually start our work from defining the competence profile of a given position, which serves as the guideline for recruitment and development of an employee. Career paths include the assumptions regarding the potential directions of promotion and the requirements to be fulfilled to be promoted while working at a given position.
