We offer:

  • Coaching – long-term cooperation which involves achieving a jointly defined goal related to development of managerial skills, such as the skill of motivating employees, coping with conflict situations, mediation in disputes, holding disciplinary talks, methods of effective communication with employees, other managers, superiors, etc. Coaching enables learning, and practicing under supervision such communication techniques as: listening, giving feedback, asking effective questions, persuasion.
  • Consultations – they are usually associated with a specific situation. They are intended to help a manager solve a situation that is difficult for him/her, e.g. cope with a conflict, fire an employee, make a difficult decision.
